Celeste works as an associate fiduciary litigation attorney in the areas of trusts, estates, guardianships, closely held entities, and other related litigation. Celeste assists James McNeel in handling claims by and against estate administrators, trustees, beneficiaries, guardians, powers of attorney, and general and limited partners related to breaches of fiduciary duties, challenges to documents based on lack of capacity and undue influence, and interpretation and modification of wills, trusts and other agreements.
Celeste grew up in El Paso, Texas. She moved to San Antonio in 2016 to attend St. Mary's University where she studied political science and was a cheerleader. During her time in college, she also took the opportunity to study abroad in London, U.K., studying English law, politics, and non-profit work. Celeste then attended Baylor Law School, where she earned her juris doctorate degree in 2023.
